CHAIRMAN

Alan Morgan

Alan is an experienced investor specialising in early-stage and growth FinTech companies. He was once described as the ‘Godfather of FinTech’ in the early days of FinTech investing. He is also Chairman of MMC Ventures and a former Senior Partner at McKinsey & Co. There he led the financial services practice across the UK, Europe and MENA. With 28 years at McKinsey, he advised major banks, insurance companies and asset managers. At a macro level he advised central banks on banking system restructuring and market regulators. He was on the Board of the McKinsey Investment Office for 12 years (which manages approx. $10 billion of partner and staff funds).

Alan holds degrees from Trinity College, Oxford, and Harvard Business School, and is a qualified barrister at Middle Temple.

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Elena Kolesnikova

Since 1999, Elena has worked in corporate and investment companies across Russia and the UK. As the Chief Operating Officer at Adfisco, she is responsible for driving key operational and strategic initiatives. In addition, she provides company secretarial support to start-up companies, ensuring compliance and governance.

Elena holds a degree in Literature and Languages from Samara State University, a degree in Interpreting from London Metropolitan University, as well as the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators (ICSA) certification.
